Victoria Adelekan is the Founder and CFO at Standby CFO. After receiving her Bachelors degree in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree, Victoria went on to become a CPA, CMA. Victoria has spent the past 15 years working in various industry as a Financial Expert and Business Advisor.
Victoria's strength and unique ability is in helping businesses grow (developing strategies to increase revenue, save cost, improve profit margins), streamline operational and financial reporting processes. She is very skilled at analyzing historical financial and other business data (sales, employee, customer satisfaction data), the result of which management can use to make timely fact-based decisions to grow their business and forecast the future.
She is very strategic and analytical and comes up with business growth ideas effortlessly. She has had a lot of success doing this with her past employers and clients. She enjoys helping businesses grow and would enjoy doing this for the rest of her life.
Standby CFO was founded in order to share her unique gift, experience and abilities with growing companies that require a higher level of financial expertise but with limited resources to hire a full-time CFO and under pressure to keep cost low.
